Writing a
Resume Objective
When
writing your resume objective, focus on the
employer's perspective rather than your own
needs.
For
example, no employer will be excited by someone
"Seeking a challenging high paying position
where I can apply my knowlegde and skills.”
This is too self centered, vague, cliche, and
obvious.
Recruiters
on the other hand, will for obvious reasons be
interested in a person who is “inspired by
the opportunity to work at a world class research
facility while contributing to the financial
objectives of the organization.”
