Interview
Process
Prior to the inteview process
You
submit your resume. Human Resources reviews
resumes and contacts individuals that appear to
be potentially qualified to set up an interview.
The interview process
You
interview with an HR rep in person or over the
phone. They further assesses your skills and
qualifications,and gives you the opportunity to
ask questions to learn more about the opportunity
and company. If sucessful further interviews may
be scheduled with hiring managers.
Following the interview process
The
hiring team members discuss candidates
qualifications and pick a person to offer the job
to. Once there is a decision, all candidates are
advised of the outcome of the interview process.
The candidate will be contacted to provide
references. Occasionaly drug tests, etc. may be
done.
