process:

typically expect during the interview process.
The employer reviews the resumes and qualifed
individuals get selected for an interview.
Step 1 of the interview process:
Questions during the first interview usually
concentrates on your skill set. The interviewer
also answers any questions you may have about the
position or company.
Step 2 of the interview process:
During the second interview you are typically
interviewed with a more senior manager or
executives. There are some questions about your
skill set again but they also try to assess your
personality and see if you would be a good fit
with the corporate culture and team.
