Interview
Follow-up
It
is a good idea to follow-up after your interview.
Here are some tips to consider:
- Sending a follow-up
"thank-you" letter to the
employer shows interest in the position
and keeps you fresh in their mind.
- After the interview think
about how you did and try to anticipate
and hesitations the employer might have
about you and try to overcome these
during your follow-up.
- If you forgot to mention
some important strengths you have during
the interview then you can mention them
during your interview follow-up.
- Send your interview
follow-up letter about two days after the
interview so that you are still on their
mind but do not appear overly anxious.
