TYPES OF INTERVIEWS YOU
MIGHT FACE
The one on one face to face interview is
the type of interview most are familiar with but
you may face other types as well. Be prepared to
handle these as well. Soem example sof other
types of interviews include:
The Screening Interview
This interview is designed to cut down a large
pool of candidates to a smaller one and is
usually conducted by a Human Resources person. As
it is often it is conducted over the telephone
it's timing can catch you off-guard and
unprepared. So if necessary tell the interviewer
you are in the middle of something something and
will call them back in ten minutes. Use this time
to quickly prepare, then call them back.
Panel Interview
Here several people interview at once. Be
prepared for the discussion to change quickly and
randomly, disrupting your flow.
