More things not to say during
an interview
Interviewer look
for a candidate qualified to do the job, willing
to do the job, able to fit in with the corporate
culture. The following things can send an alarm
to the interviewer that you may not meet some of
these criteria.
- Asking,
"What does your company do?"
If you really were interested in the
employe you should have taken the time to
beforehand to find out about the company.
- Arguing
with the interviewer
The interview is not the best time to
argue and force your opinions since you
need to appear likeable and able to fit
into the company culture. If you are
hired you will have time later to make
suggestions in a diplomatic way.
- Complaining
Leave your problems at home and present
yourself as a strong, capable person that
can overcome setbacks and challenges.
