Use
Examples During Job Interviews
Recruiters hear during interviews
statements like these over and over again:
* "I have strong communication skills."
* "I'm self-motivated."
So when you say things like this in response to
questions like, "What is your greatest
strength?", the recruiter will not admire
your originality. Instead the recruiter thinks,
"How do I know that's true?".
Back up your statements by providing specific
examples. This shouldn't be difficult if you
prepared for the interview beforehand. Examples
will always beat mere words.
