You
want to appear confident and able during the
interview so you need to prepare ahead of time by
anticipating likely questions and thinking about
how to respond.
Always
give a positive answer to problem areas. Having
read your resume interviewers will find any weak
points so it is in your own best interests to
think critically about your resume ahead of time
and recognize what may be areas of concern.
Decide on a positive and convincing explanation
for these. Convince them it is not a problem or
that you are doing something to address the
issue.
Always tell the truth but do emphasise the facts
to that put you in the most positive light.
Try
to develop a rapport with the interviewer if you
can creat a positive first impression you improve
your chances for success.
